Huai’an Frozen Food Factory: Tray Sealing & Print-and-Apply Case
At a frozen-food factory in Huai’an, Jiangsu, tray lidding, discharge conveying and on-demand print-and-apply equipment have been commissioned and are operating in production. The application includes tray-packed wontons and related frozen foods.

Tray infeed → lidding and sealing → outfeed conveyor → print and apply → downstream handling.
Engineering focus
Stable tray transfer, station spacing, print-and-apply timing, access for reel changes and cleaning.
Reference pack size
195 × 125 × 33/38 mm from preliminary project requirements.
Design throughput
At least 4,000 trays/hour was an early project requirement under reference conditions, not a verified achieved capacity for a standalone labeller.
MAP readiness
Future modified-atmosphere packaging capability was considered in requirements; this does not mean MAP operation is already in use.
